How do I get started? / What’s the onboarding process?

Getting started is super easy! Once you choose your plan, you’ll receive an onboarding email within a few minutes. It includes access to your dedicated workspace, project submission form, and next steps.

From there, we can schedule a quick kickoff call (optional but recommended) to align on your goals, tools, and preferred workflows, and then we’re off to building amazing things together.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Nope! All our plans are month-to-month. You’re free to stay as long as you love the work. Every plan also comes with a 7-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can try us out completely risk-free.

Do you handle one-off projects?

Yes, absolutely! Even though our plans are subscription-based, you’re really paying for a block of hours, not tied to a long contract. That means one-off projects are totally fine. Need it done faster? You can always upgrade your plan for priority delivery.

Do hours roll over?

Unused daily hours don’t roll over to the next day. However, we offer bulk hour bundles if you prefer more flexibility. Bundles allow you to use hours whenever you need, without worrying about daily limits.

How many tasks can the team handle at once?

That depends on your plan. Each plan includes a defined daily capacity, like one active task at a time per resource. However, you can queue unlimited requests, and we’ll work through them in order of priority to ensure steady, consistent delivery.

What sort of support system do you have?

We’ve got your back! You’ll have a dedicated Project Manager overseeing progress, plus access to our Support Team via email, depending on your plan. If something ever needs escalation, we’re quick to hop on a call to resolve it.

Do you provide website maintenance?

Yes, we do! From plugin updates and backups to performance optimization and bug fixes, our maintenance add-on ensures your site stays secure and running smoothly. Just mention your needs during onboarding, and we’ll set it up.

How do you bill?

Billing is completely transparent. All our plans are monthly subscriptions charged automatically via credit or debit card. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime right from your dashboard.

What’s your team’s turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on task complexity and your plan level. Most design or development requests are completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Larger or more complex builds may take longer, but we’ll always give you a clear ETA upfront.

How can I add my team, client, or PM to your tools/portal?

Super easy! You can share your team’s email addresses during onboarding or anytime later. We’ll invite them to our workspace, so they can directly collaborate, comment, or track progress in real time.

Who owns the code or creatives?

You do, 100%. All assets, code, and deliverables created under your subscription belong entirely to you once the project is complete and paid for.

Do you sign NDAs?

Absolutely. We’re happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting any project. Just share your NDA or request ours during onboarding.

Do you help with client calls or communications?

Yes, we can. Depending on your plan, we can join client calls under your brand or as a white-label partner to support design or technical discussions. This is a popular option for agencies looking for seamless client communication.
